We are a full-service hydraulic repair and welding shop that also features an industrial marine hardware store and an HSI-fabrication-certified hydraulic and industrial hose facility. Our mission is to provide solutions to your unique challenges. Whether designing or fabricating a hydraulic system or component, troubleshooting and maintaining a system, or creating the right hose for your application, we are dedicated to delivering quality solutions tailored to your needs. While we specialize in commercial fishing vessels and heavy equipment, our facility serves a variety of industries, including mining, oil and gas, and residential plumbing. If we don’t have what you need in stock, we can track it down for you. We offer shipping to any location.

We have huge selection of marine and industrial supplies and the largest selection of hydraulic adapters on the Kenai Peninsula. Welding and Machine Shop

You can rely on our skilled welders and machinists to complete the job correctly the first time. Our shop is equipped with various tools, including mills, drill presses, three lathes (one with a 12-inch thru-hole and another CNC lathe), presses, and a CNC mill, among others. Desperate Marine boasts one of the most capable machine shops on the Kenai Peninsula.

We offer a wide selection of hydraulic and industrial hoses and fittings, dedicated to providing you with high-quality products that are perfect for your needs. Whether you’re installing a new hydraulic system on a ship, or need a custom propane assembly for your cabin or home, we have you covered. Our inventory includes products from various manufacturers. We can crimp industrial hoses up to 4 inches and hydraulic hoses up to 3 inches in diameter.
We also make custom hoses for propane, fish pump hoses up to 10” as well as hoses for water and sewer, fuel transfer, air, and oil and various other chemicals..
If you need work done in field we have a mobile hydraulic repair and hose shop truck we can send to your location.
We also bend and install stainless hydraulic tubing.

Moreover, we stock, cut, and thread aluminum, steel, and 316 stainless steel pipe, available in sizes from 1/4 inch to 4 inches, in Schedule 40 and Schedule 80.
